China's top banking and insurance regulator has released a circular on strengthening financial support for coal and electricity production and maintaining order in the commodity market.

People's Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region announced 31st, March that it ceases to subsidize price of electricity in nonferrous & ferrous metals industry, effective from 1st January, 2017.
