After six months of drawn-out approvals, China's Sichuan Hanlong Group has gained 55% of Moly Mines, which owns the 10 million tpy Spinifex Ridge molybdenum-copper project in Australia.
The initial $200 million equity and debt funding deal announced last October required the approval of Australia's Foreign Investment Review Board and Chinese authorities.
