[Ferro-Alloys.com] Reportedly, Thailand’s Ministry of Commerce announced to impose final antidumping (AD) duties of 5.17%~33.98% on alloy-added high carbon wire rods imported from China for five year and it has become effective from May 17th.
It’s learned that the duty of 5.17% will be imposed on the products from Zhangjiagang Shajing Steel Co. and Zhangjiagang Hongxing High Wire exported through trading company Jiangsu Shagang International Trade Co.
Besides, the duty of 10.38% will be imposed on products from Qingdao Iron & Steel Co.
Meanwhile, the duty of 5.78% will be imposed on the products from producer Benxi Beiying Iron & Steel Group exported from affiliate Benxi Beiying Iron & Steel Group Import & Export Corp.
The products involved in this case are wire rods with 0.76%~0.92% carbon contents with diameters below 14mm, covering the HS tariff codes of 7213.9190.021, 7213.9190.022, 7213.9190.030, 7213.9190.031, 7213.9190.090, 7227.9000.014 and 7227.9000.090.
