60000 tons semi-carbonate manganese ores which arrived in Tianjin Port from South Africa on April 30, 2014, their Mn content should be 36-42 pct (37.5 pct typical ) according to contract sheets. Obviously, 36 pct is minimum & 42 pct is maximum, anyhow, guarantee Mn content can not be less than 36pct at least absolutely.

Although their SGS loading port (Elizabeth) reported Mn content as 36.51 pct, unfortunately, the relative CIQ discharging port(Xingang, Tianjin) showed 35.84 pct finally. So, this cargo should be solved as rejection totally without any question.

For a fair and reasonable solution with friendship negotiation, Jinneng is actively keeping communication with the miner (seller). incomprehensibly, the responsible miner still unilaterally submitted those final payment documents asMn content 36.18 pct which is based on average  of  CIQ & SGS. Every player knows, any average figure is not in conformity with contract’s confirmed item as 36pct minimum.
