[Ferro-Alloys.com] Chinese calcium silicon market kept stable in August although some producers cut their offers slightly. Presently, there are about 10 sets of furnaces with capability at or above 30000KVA in production.

The supply became much more surplus after one furnace of 30000KVA was started in Qinghai Baitong, which would add more than 1000 tons to the market. Seeing from the supply situation, there is almost no possibility for the market to rebound up.
