[Ferro-Alloys.com] Income of Zhongwu Co. Ltd was RMB 3.806 billion in January-June, 2014, falling by 19.48%. Its net loss was RMB 0.199 billion, falling by 284.93%.The reason of loss was that tungsten concentrates’ prices kept low since the second half of 2013.And tungsten smelting industry had substantial losses because tungsten products’ prices reduced.

There were large amount of losses in Zhongwu Co. Ltd in the first half of this year, but its share price trended strong and kept rising recently. It was said that tungsten concentrates’ prices could rise very likely.      Then Zhongwu Co. Ltd’s performance could have improved except for its losses. What’s more, it was supported by Minmetals. Therefore, Zhongwu Co. Ltd was still able to become better.
