The authorities of Krasnoyarsk region have again forbade construction of Yeniseysk Ferroalloy Plant by CHEK- SU.VK. 0n August 19， the complaint about the decision of the Third Arbitral Appeal Court has been rejected by the Arbitral Court of East-Siberian Federal District. The Court will not obligate Shuvayevsky rural council to permit the plant construction. However， the company is not going to give up as the investments into the project are significant.5 RK0 furnaces (33 MVA each) were supposed to be installed at the plant to produce 235，000 tpy of ferroalloys120，000 tpy of FeMn and 115，000 tpy of SiMn.

Construction may also be transferred to another region. For example， to the village of Tuim (Shirinsky district， thRepublic of Khakassia). However， at this plant the company plans to build an 80，000 tpy EMM plant.
