[Ferro-Alloys.com] In recent period, silicon manganese market in China kept poor sale. Apart from that, capital pressure also brings about troble on alloy suppliers. It is said that ex-work prices of 6517 even as low as RMB6,150/mt from parts of producers in Ningxia area and RMB6,250/mt from traders. While in south area, the price concentrated on RMB6,200-6,300/mt in Guizhou and Guangxi. In Yunnan, transaction price of 6517 can fix as low as RMB6,100/mt for some suppliers.

In general, given no positive factor on steel market, it is estimated that silicon manganese may hard to get out of weak sale in September.
