It is said that high carbon ferromanganse65C7.0（P＜0.2%）in Shanxi province of China lingered about RMB5,100-5,200/mt. As for south areas, there were no any signals of resuming production for most alloys plants in Guangxi, while the situation is the same in Yunnan, so the quotation of high carbon ferromanganese in south areas showed calm on the whole. On the contrary, the output in Shanxi, Ningxia and Inner Mongolia maintained at high level thanks to several leading enterprise running smoothly. In fact, some insiders believed that ample spot supply of high carbon ferromanganese in north would be severed as a major reason responsible for dropping sale.
