[Ferro-Alloys.com]It is reported that the biggest silicon manganese purchaser in south of China, Shagang Group already released March purchase plan on ferroalloys. Among of this, silicon manganese amounts to 15,000 tons from 12,000 tons for Feb, while low carbon ferromanganese is still in line with prior month for 500 tons.
