We have learn that some manufactures plan to stop furnace in Hunan province, because they  have no advantage to Sichuan and Yunnan province about electricity, the electricity in Hunan is about two times than Sichuan and Yunnan, so some small factories plan to stop production. On the contrary, some manufactures in Sichuan province have planned to operation in recent days, even some factories just wait the price fell, then they will operate furnace.
