We learn that 553# without oxygen price has a big faller this week, now its price is 11300 yuan per ton to 115000 yuan per ton, the range of price falling is 200 yuan per ton, and also the price is lower about Kunming exchange, while other silicon metal price all has a slight falling.

Now ,the silicon market is still standing at the situation which the supplication more than the market demand, it may last in the rain period and then has a bigger competitive, we guess that the price may fall again, this is the reason analysis：

① When the rain period coming, the main production Yunnan and Sichuan will operate more than before, it said that Yunnan Yongchang Silicon Industry and Yunnan Great Union Group have a great amount quality in the last few months. While there are many manufactures in these districts, it may be more nervous.

②The main production also has the advantage of electricity price, compared to Hunan and Fujian province. Some manufactures said they have stopped production and they considered the silicon market, product cost and the supply and purchaser, they also plan to reduce the production.

In a conclusion, the first week in May, the price trends falling and the enterprises are unwilling to quotation, they thought it has two sides, it does not matter to their price, they almost have the order with their old customers and the price is lower than the port price.
