It is reported that Canadian International Trade Tribunal, CITT has launched an investigation to determine India and Russia imports of hot-rolled carbon steel plate and high-strength low-alloy steel plate whether there is dumping and subsidies, for causing damage or threat of local industries. 
 
Meanwhile, Canadian International Trade Tribunal, CITT will determine whether there is dumping of imported products on January 6, 2016 as reported said.
