Brazil’s manganese ore export volumes fell 13.8% year-on-year in September 2015, according to the latest figures from the country’s foreign trade ministry, MDIC.
 
A total of 223,803 tonnes were shipped abroad last month, against 259,772 tonnes in September 2014. China took the most, acquiring 147,711 tonnes last month, up from 80,000 tonnes a year earlier, the ministry said.
