SHFE 1609 nickel started at RMB 68,160/mt overnight and ranged RMB 67,800-68,200/mt.

SHFE 1609 nickel opened at RMB 67,870/mt on Wednesday and then dipped to RMB 66,950/mt  before ending at RMB 67,150/mt, falling 0.99%. Trading volumes dropped 129,000 to 524,000 lots and positions were up 14,310 to 682,000.
