[Ferro-Alloys.com]TISCO lowered its new tender price for high-carbon ferrochrome in July, and the new tender price is RMB5,980/T Cr 50% basis, delivered VAT price by cash, down by RMB200/T Cr 50% basis, which is more than the decline of Southern China stainless steel mills, putting more pressure on China's high-carbon ferrochrome prices.
