In East China, like Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces, the market was in a relative stable condition, while in Henan province, the transaction volume and price was slipped sharply. Currently the quotation from Henan for Casi wires was RMB7500-7800/mt, but the actual transaction price was down to the RMB6700/mt.

The official from one Henan cored wire enterprise said:” the monthly transaction volume always kept about 200ton before the middle of June, but after that the order we can accept was only about 80ton. The market demand and monthly consumption from cored wires traders and other downward market dropped greatly.”
