PTI Chief said this while joining the Pakistan Steel Mills workers’ protest demonstration in Karachi. Jahangir Tareen, Shah Mehmood Qureshi and some of the other PTI Karachi leaders and workers were also present.

While showing solidarity with the protesters, Khan said poverty has tightened noose on the poor people of Pakistan and their children are dying from starvation but the government has turned blind eye on them. He said that PSM was one of the smooth running institutions of Pakistan but some corrupt people, for personal gain, have destroyed it. He said to protester to go ahead to streets to get their due rights and added that PTI stood shoulder-to-shoulder with them.

Prior, conversing with media men at the Karachi international airport terminal, Imran Khan said National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq had demonstrated bias by dismissing reference against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. He said Nawaz was attempting to spare its corrupt administration. He said the names of Nawaz Sharif, Hussain Nawaz, Hassan Nawaz and Maryam Nawaz existed in the Panama papers.

Chairman PTI alleged that Ayaz Sadiq rigged the elections twice here to spare Nawaz. The Parliament is considered to be an institution of democracy, however Ayaz Sadiq’s decision had made it dubious, he said, raising question where the people should go for justice as all institution are protected by corrupt.

He further added that Nawaz Sharif’s time has come to face all the charges of corruption and this time, people would not give him a chanceto escape to Jeddah. **Article from Internet for reference only
