Xiong County will be the New Develop Zone nearby Beijing, which it is the third largest and important Developing Zone after Shenzhen, and Shanghai pudong, This is confirmed on April 3, 2017 by Chinese Government. Today, steel plants around this county, like Baoding, Bazhou area closed and will be moved to other areas. One steel plant, named  Xingli steel with 3.5million ton capacity  in Bazhou, stopped and closed forever. This steel produced pipes and belt. This 3.5million tons steel is nothing to whole steel industry, but we can see this is just the start to close small plants of steel, there are 22 million tons of steel around Baoding, Zhangjiakou, Bazhou and Langfang, which all are around Xiong Country Develop zone, will be closed soon in coming period.
