Rebar and steel wire rod stocks at major warehouses in Guangzhou have been falling for three weeks in a row, SMM statistics showed.

As of August 9, rebar and steel wire rod stocks at major warehouses in Guangzhou totaled 584,500 tonnes, down 94,700 tonnes or 13.9% week-on-week, including 414,200 tonnes of rebar, down 11.2% and 170,300 tonnes of steel wire rod, down 19.9%.
