Prices of tender of vanadium alloys of steel mills are high, price of tender of vanadium broke RMB 200,000/MT, price of tender of Ferrovanadium 50% of ZENITH in January was RMB 205,000/MT and the quantity was 30 tons. Price of every vanadium product rises today, currently price including VAT of flaky vanadium pentoxide 98% is at RMB 150,000 to 180,000/mt; price including VAT of Ferrovanadium 50% is at RMB 190,000 to 200,000/mt; price including VAT of vanadium-nitrogen alloy is at RMB 290,000 to 300,000/mt; price including VAT of ammonium metavanadate 98% is at RMB 163,000 to 167,000/mt.

International vanadium price continues to rise affected by the rise of domestic price, price of European Ferrovanadium 80% rose to (+3)49.5-52（+2.5）USD/Kg vanadium;, vanadium pentoxide 98% price rose to +0.3 ( 9.9-10.2) USD//pound vanadium oxide. 

According to the latest news, although drop range of price of steel has narrowed, price of steel spot goods in China still in down channel. Especially domestic rain and snow weather in large-scale has appeared, demand is more weak, however, price of vanadium continues to rise, psychical price difference between buyers and sellers further enlarges, delighted and anxiety emotion in the industry interlace in the market, some demanders turn to purchase Ferrocolumbium and inquires and purchases for Ferrocolumbium have increased in recent days. Participants’ view on the following market are different, a participant said," this round rise of price because of shortage of vanadium raw material will not last too long and the price of vanadium will be stable in the middle of this month".
