Last Friday, the LME nickle was quoted at 14855 USD/T, and the inventory declined at 312894 tons. Today,compared to Wuxi 1084 contract, the premium of Russian nickle is 500RMB/T,and the premium of Jinchuan nickle is 900RMB/T. Today, Jinchuan quoted its electrolytic nickle (big board) at 105000RMB/T. Due to the new add-value tax policy which will be executed in May, the traders were not positive in the market. The mainstream price is 104400-105100RMB/T.

As the declining of LME nickle price, all kinds of stainless steel products price went down. Last week, ZPSS quoted its high grade ferronickle purchase price at 1000RMB/nickle. At present, the supply of high grade ferronickle is relatively abundant while the demand is insufficient. So,the traders are not eager to make deals.Today, the price of high grade ferronickle is 980-990RMB/nickle, and the price of low grade ferronickle remains at 2900-3000RMB/T. Now, the supply of nickle ore is abundant, and the price remains relatively steady.
