[ferro-alloys.com]The non-agricultural index in U.S. didn’t reach people’s expectation,but the its bright economic prospect made the USD maintained in a high level. Besides, U.S economic delegation made some progress in the negotiation with China. It brought positive effect in the market. Last Friday, the LME nickle price rose up at 13950USD/T. Compared to Wuxi 1805 contract, the premium of Russian nickle was 250RMB/T, and the premium of Jinchuan nickle was 650RMB/T. Today, Jinchuan quoted its electrolytic nickle (big board) at 104800RMB/T. Today,there were no trading in the London Metal Exchange. Some downstream firms were cautious. Only few tradings has been completed.

As the  LME nickle price rose, the traders become active in the stainless steel market. The price of 304 series stainless steel increased today. However, it did not affect the ferronickle market. Last Friday, ZPSS announced its bidding price of high grade ferronickle. The bidding price was 995RMB/nickle. At present, they haven’t made deals with traders. Many traders were cautious in the market, and the price kept steady. Today, the high grade ferronickle was quoted at 990-1000RMB/nickle, and the low grade ferronickle price was 2950-3050RMB/T.
