[ferro-alloys.com]Yesterday, U.S dollor kept strong. The market was influenced by the fall of Turkish lira. The metal prices including nickel price went on dropping. By the end of trading, LME nickel was quoted at 13425 USD/T. It was 110 USD/T lower than the price on last trading day.In the morning, affected by LME nickel price,  the prices of future nickel in all contracts went on decling in Shanghai Future Exchange. Compared to Wuxi 1809 contract, the premium of Russian nickel was 150 RMB/T, and the premium of Jinchuan nickel was 1600 RMB/T. Today, Jinchuan quoted its electrolytic nickel at 112500 RMB/T. It was 700 RMB/T lower than the price yesterday.

According to the message from the market, the purchase price of high grade ferronickel by Qsingshan was raised to 1150 RMB/Nickel. It encouraged traders in high grade ferronickel market.Besides, the environmental protection inspection will restart on August 20^th. The output of high grade ferronickel may be restricted again. So, the high grade ferronickel price rose up compared to the price yesterday. It was 1080-1095 RMB/Nickel. Due to the steady market of 201 series stainless steel, the low grade ferronickel price maintained at 3250-3350 RMB/T.
