[ferro-alloys.com]According to the message from Indonesia, some mining rights of Pt Adhikara Cipta Mulia has been announced to be illegal by Indonesian Supreme Judicial Court because the company involves in a mining right case with ANTAM and other 12 mining companies in southeast Sulawesi province. The digging area was overlapped between ANTAM and 13 companies.

The Supreme Judicial Court judged that the mining right of the overlapped area was belonged to ANTAM. So, the digging area of andhikara cipta mulia will be decreased, and its export quota may be affected.

The 13 mining companies includes: 1. PT Karya Murni Sejati, 2. PT James dan Armando Pundimas,3. PTHafar Indotech, 4. CV Ana Konawe,5. CV Malibu,6. CV Yulan Pratama,7. PTAndhikara Cipta Mulia,8. PT Avry Raya,9. PT Mughni Energi Bumi,10. PT RizqiCahaya Makmur,11. PT Sangia Perkasa Raya,12. PT Sriwijaya Raya,13. PT WanagonAnoa Indonesia.
