The news encouraged investors. U.S dollar went up and down. Its scope exceeded people’s expection. LME nickel price dropped down relatively. By the end of trading, LME nickel was quoted at 11770 USD/T. It was 25 USD/T lower than the price on Tuesday. LME nickel price went down, and supply of nickel was incrasing in future market. However, the traders in downstram market were not eager to purchase goods. So, both Jinchuan nickel price and Russian nickel price dropped down largely in the morning. The price of Jinchuan electrolytic nickel remained at 106000 RMB/T. It was the same as the price yesterday.

The stainless steel market was still in downturn. The prices of most products kept on dropping. Influenced by environmental protection inspection, the supply of ferronickel was still restricted. The ferronickel market kept steady today. The mainstream price of high grade ferronickel was 1030-1045 RMB/Nickel. The low grade ferronickel price remained at 3550-3650 RMB/T.
