In this week, affected by environmental protection, price reduction of raw materials, adjustment of rate of value-added tax, decline of downstream demand and insufficient transaction volume, some cored wire manufacturers reduced the quoted prices of silicon calcium cored wire and nodularizer cored wire in succession after reducing the quoted price of solid pure calcium cored wire. The mainstream transaction price of Ca28Si55∮13mm fell from 10,800-11,800 yuan per ton to 10,500-11,500 yuan per ton and Ca30Si58∮13mm fell from 12,000-12,500 yuan per ton to 11,800-12,300 yuan per ton. Nodularizer cored wire fell from 11,500-11,800 yuan per ton to 11,200-11,500 yuan per ton. However, with stable downstream demand, seamless metal calcium wire is not affected by the above factors too much. For this reason, the price of seamless metal calcium wire has no obvious fluctuation although the price of metal calcium has fallen slightly. Ca98%min∮9mm is still 10,000-11,000 yuan per ton and Ca98%min∮10mm is still 15,000-16,000 per ton. There is no large change in the prices of other cored wire products yet. At present, Ferro calcium cored wire (Ca30∮13mm) is 8,300 to 8,800 yuan per ton. Ferro calcium cored wire (Ca30∮30mm) is 10,000 to 10,500 yuan per ton. Carbon cored wire (C98%∮13mm) is 6,500 to 7,000 yuan per ton. Silicon magnesium cored wire (Si40Mg28Re2∮13mm) is 11,500 to 12,500 yuan per ton. Ferro titanium cored wire (Ti30%min∮13mm) is 11,000 to 11,100 yuan per ton. Metal crude calcium is 15,200-15,400 yuan per ton. Ferroboron FeB19C0.1 is 20,000 to 22,000 yuan per ton, FeB18C0.5 is 18,000 to 18,200 yuan per ton, FeB17C0.5 is 17,500 to 17,800 yuan per ton and FeB16C0.5 is 16,500 to 17,000 yuan per ton. Silicon calcium Ca28 (natural block) is 11,600-11,800 yuan per ton, Ca30 (natural block) is 12,000-12,200 yuan per ton and Ca30 (granule size 0-3mm) is 11,800-12,000 yuan per ton.
The export transaction price of calcium silicon cored wire (ca30si60∮13mm) is 1,550 to 1,630 US dollars per ton. Calcium silicon cored wire (ca28si55∮13mm) is 1,530 to 1,610 US dollars per ton. Bite type solid core pure calcium core wire (ca98%min∮9mm) is 1,670 to 1,750 US dollars per ton. Pure calcium cored wire (Ca30 ∮13mm) is 1,350 to 1,400 US dollars per ton. There is no adjustment comparing with the last month (FOB price, Tianjin Port).
With the price fall of upstream materials and the reduced downstream demand volume, the prices of silicon calcium cored wire, solid pure calcium cored wire and nodularizer cored wire have fallen in succession and are expected to fall further in later market.
