In this month, the prices of raw materials of cored wire are not so stable and have fluctuated repeatedly, of which the prices of metal calcium silk and metal crude calcium fell at the beginning of this month, rebounded in the midmonth and stabilized later this month. At present, metal calcium silk is 18,500 - 19,500 yuan per ton and metal crude calcium is 15,200 - 15,400 yuan per ton; the price of cold rolled strip steel rose continually by approximately 180 yuan per ton comparing with that at the end of the last month, of which Q195 0.35*55 rose from 4,500-4,550 yuan per ton to 4,680 - 4,720 yuan per ton, Q195 0.4 *55 and Q195 0.45 *55 rose from 4,470 - 4,520 yuan per ton to 4,650 - 4,700 yuan per ton, SPCC0.35-0.39*55 rose from 4,600 - 4,650 yuan per ton to 4,780 - 4,820 yuan per ton, SPCC 0.4 *55 and SPCC 0.45 *55 rose from 4,570 - 4,620 yuan per ton to 4,750 - 4,800 yuan per ton.
In early and middle of this month, affected by environmental factors, reduction of prices of raw materials and adjustment of rate of value-added tax as well as drop of downstream demand and insufficiency of trading volume, some cored wire manufacturers reduced their offers of silicon calcium cored, solid pure calcium cored wire and nodularizer cored wire in succession, of which the mainstream transaction price of silicon calcium cored wire Ca28Si55∮13mm dropped from 10,800 - 11,800 yuan per ton to 10,200 - 11,200 yuan per ton, Ca30Si58∮13mm dropped from 12,000 - 12,500 yuan per ton to 11,500 - 12,300 yuan per ton; solid pure calcium cored wire Ca98%min∮9mm dropped from 10,500 - 11,000 yuan per ton to 10,300 - 10,800 yuan per ton; nodularizer cored wire dropped from 11,500 - 11,800 yuan per ton to 11,200 - 11,500 yuan per ton. Soon after, the prices stabilized and have not changed any more by far.
Except silicon calcium cored wire, solid pure calcium cored wire and nodularizer cored wire, comparing with the prices at the end of last month, there is no obvious fluctuation in the prices of other cored wire products. There is few inquiry from new customers, but with regular customers and partners with stable demand, most of cored wire manufacturers are normal in order receiving, operation and delivery so that against the frequent price fluctuation of raw materials, they are in no to adjust their offers significantly and operate stably with the attitude of wait-and-see to the market. At present, Ferro calcium cored wire Ca30∮13mm is 8,300 to 8,800 yuan per ton and Ca30∮30mm is 10,000 to 10,500 yuan per ton. Carbon cored wire C98%∮13mm is 6,500 to 7,000 yuan per ton. Silicon magnesium cored wire Si40Mg28Re2∮13mm is 11,500 to 12,500 yuan per ton. Ferro titanium cored wire Ti30%min∮13mm is 11,000 to 11,100 yuan per ton. Seamless metal calcium cored wire Ca98%min∮9mm is 10,000-11,000 yuan per ton, Ca98%min∮10mm is 15,000-16,000 yuan per ton.
Ferroboron FeB19C0.1 is 20,000 to 22,000 yuan per ton, FeB18C0.5 is 18,000 to 18,200 yuan per ton, FeB17C0.5 is 17,500 to 17,800 yuan per ton and FeB16C0.5 is 16,500 to 17,000 yuan per ton. Silicon calcium alloy Ca28Si55 is 11,300 to 11,500 yuan per ton, Ca28Si60 is 10,600 to 10,800 yuan per ton, Ca30Si55 is 11,500 to 11,700 yuan per ton and Ca30Si60 is 10,800 to 11,000 yuan per ton.
The export transaction price of calcium silicon cored wire ca30si60∮13mm is 1,550 to 1,630 US dollars per ton. Calcium silicon cored wire ca28si55∮13mm is 1,530 to 1,600 US dollars per ton. Bite type solid core pure calcium core wire ca98%min∮9mm is 1,670 to 1,750 US dollars per ton. Pure calcium cored wire (Ca30 ∮13mm) is 1,350 to 1,400 US dollars per ton. There is no adjustment comparing with the last month (FOB price, Tianjin Port).
In this month, the prices of upstream raw materials have fluctuated several times, but now, they have stabilized. Cored wire market is still calm. It is estimated that there will be no large fluctuation in the later market.
