Today, the future nickel price kept on rising. The trading volume was less. Compared with Wuxi 1907 contract, the discount of Russian nickel was 100-200 RMB/T, and the premium of Jinchuan nickel was 1500 RMB/T. Today, Jinchuan quoted its electrolytic nickel at 102300 RMB/T. It was 1300 RMB/T higher than the price yesterday.

At present, the output of ferronickel firms are normal. Due to downturn of stainless steel market, the demand for ferronickel is insufficient, so the ferronickel price could not go up at present. Today, the mainstream price of high grade ferronickel is 945-955 RMB/Nickel, and the price of low grade ferronickel is 3200-3400 RMB/T.
