BNP Paribas see Global Nickel Supply in Surplus of 20,000 tons in 2012

[Ferro-Alloys.com]BNP Paribas predicted that the global nickel supply would be in a surplus of 20,000 tons in 2012, lower than the previous estimate of 25,000 tons.

Meanwhile, it forecasted that the nickel prices would average at USD17,600/ton in 2012.

Furthermore, BNP Paribas predicted that the average nickel prices would be at USD18,375/ton in 2013.
