[Ferro-Alloys.com] Tender notices of steel mills were released one after another and most of the prices saw a down by around 300 yuan per ton. The mood of the factories was attacked again! With fears of price continuing declining, factories were unwilling to make deals at low prices. We learned that inventories of some regions were getting tight and factories were not willing to reduce productions. What's more, some of them faced a loss and had to increase prices slightly. But at the same time, there were factories decreased their prices. As for the future trend, little signs of recovery were seen right now.
Steel: Although more and more mills took steps to cut production, the inventories were still keeping high, and the consumption was less. It may be difficult for the price of steel to increase.
Magnesium Metal: Run weakly steady. No obvious fluctuations, or much good news.
Silicon Metal: The actual trading volumes didn't increase and the consumption was slow. But factories were willing to increase prices meanwhile many traders were waiting and see.
Ferrosilicon Futures: Run weakly steady.
