[ferro-alloys.com]Yesterday, the index of U.S dollar rose up. The supply of nickel ore was sufficient. However,the demands for nickel from downstream industries were insufficient. Both the stainless steel market and new energy vehicle market were in downturn, so was the global nickel market.By the end of trading,LME nickel price was quoted at 14475 USD/T. It was 165 USD/T lower than the price on last Friday.The supply of future nickel was sufficient in domestic market. However, the demand was lower， and international nickel market was in downturn, the price of future nickel fell down. Compared with Shanghai future nickel 1912 contract, the discount of Russian nickel was 1200-1400 RMB/T, and the premium of Jinchuan nickel was 6500-6700 RMB/T.Today, Jinchuan quoted its electrolytic nickel at 122000 RMB/T. It was 500 RMB/T lower than the price yesterday.

The stainless steel market was still in lower level, so was the ferronickel market.The mainstream price of high grade ferronickel was 1020-1040 RMB/Nickel. The low grade ferronickel was quoted at 3300-3450 RMB/T.
