  Recently, with the smooth lifting of the special-shaped section of the 1#desulfurization tower + 60m outlet FRP flue in place, it marks the completion of the 1# desulfurization tower outlet flue, which provides a prerequisite for the FGD and denitration investment of Liugang CICC on May 20.

  The weight of this section of FRP flue is about 8 tons, and the hoisting height is 60 meters. Before hoisting, the project department, under the guidance of the technical department of the branch company, prepares the hoisting scheme, arranges the lifting lug scientifically and reasonably, calculates the hoisting stress data, and prepares the safety measures in advance. Before the formal lifting, the project department carried out the lifting operation disclosure to the team, and carefully checked the sling, crane station field leveling and compaction. After full preparation, the outlet flue was successfully lifted in place and connected.
