[Ferro-Alloys.com] Since in March, more and more China electrolytic manganese plants come back to produce line, thus the operating rates were picked up quickly. However, the demands from downstream sectors were still poor, Mn traders were eager to sell their products, but they hadn’t expected that the transaction price was such low that near to the costing line. Now, the China domestic current price had decreased to RMB13,500-13,600/mt in southern China market, which closed to the price in the later Dec, 2012.
