According to data of Korea Customs Service, from January to July 2022, Korea imported 128957.00 tons of ferrosilicon (containing by weight more than 55% of silicon), of which 103065.3 tons were imported from China, accounting for 79.92%; 12195 tons were imported from Russia, accounting for 9.46%; 5638.8 tons were imported from Brazil, accounting for 4.37%; 4857.7 tons were imported from Malaysia, accounting for 3.77%; 2071 tons were imported from Vietnam, accounting for 1.61%; 472.2 tons were imported from Norway, accounting for 0.37%; 182 tons were imported from Kazakhstan, accounting for 0.14%.
