According to the statistical data of Trade Statistics of Japan, from January to October 2022, Japan imported 360110.745 tons of ferrosilicon (containing by weight more than 55% of silicon), an increase of 8320.051 tons over the same period last year. Among them, 104239.823 tons were imported from China, accounting for 28.95%; 94061.513 tons were imported from Russia, accounting for 26.12%; 66199.179 tons were imported from Malaysia, accounting for 18.38%.
