Ferro chrome imports in Japan decreased 11% y-o-y to 550,415 t in CY'23 as against 617,139 t in CY'22.

Kazakhstan(240,068 t) and South Africa(191,210 t) remained the key exporter of ferro chrome to the country in CY'23.

Meanwhile, the imports m-o-m increased in December 2023 to 55,880 t which was 14,210 in November 2023.
