KARDEMiR announced that it established a new company in its statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP ). KARDEMIR(Karabük Demir Celik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S.) announced that the company now has a new subsidiary with the title KARLIMTAS KARDEMiR Liman isletmeciligi ve Tasimacilik Anonim $irketi.

In the statement dated April 5,2024 (today), it was stated that within the investment plan of KARDEMIR, a new company was established under the title of KARLIMTAS KARDEMIR Liman Isletmeciligi ve Tasimacllik Anonim $irketi to operate in Turkiye and abroad within the scope of KARDEMiR's investment plan and to carry out all kinds of railway, highway, maritime and airline transportation based on freight transportation. It was stated that the company, which will be established as the sole subsidiary of KARDEMiR in order to carry out additional activities in line with the aforementioned purposes, will have a capital of 200.000.000 TL.

Official statement made by KARDEMiR is as follows: "Under the scope of our company's investment plan, a new company has been established under the title of KARLIMTAS KARDEMIR Liman Isletmeciligi ve Tasimacilik Anonim $irketi with a capital of TL200,000,000, in which our company is the only shareholder, in order to operate domestically and abroad and to carry out all kinds of railway, road, maritime and airline transportation on the basis of freight transportation and to carry out additional activities for these purposes or provided that they are related to these issues. We present to the public information with our regards."
