[Ferro-alloys.com] According to the statistics of Korea Customs, Korea’s ferroalloy import volume was 73,905 mt in June, down by 22.6% M-O-M and down by 14.4% Y-O-Y. The import sources and volumes were as the followings, Inida, 21,064 mt, South Africa, 19,158mt, China, 9,860 mt, Russian Federation, 7,627 mt, Japan, 5,428mt, Kazakhstan, 3,902 mt and Vietnam 1,697mt. In 1H of 2013, the total import volume was 509,094mt, down by 12.8% Y-O-Y.

 

Korea’s ferroalloy export volume was 26,062 mt in June, 2013, down by 39.3% M-O-M and down by 13.9% Y-O-Y. ferroalloys were mainly exported to Japan， India and so on. In 1H of 2013, the total export volume was 204,234mt, up by 22.6% Y-O-Y.
