[Ferro-Alloys.com]According to the industry source, the copper, nickel and other metals production would increase in 2014 due to the rapid construction of railway, power grid and Affordable Housing. Besides, the demand of the aluminum would increase by 10% compared with 2013.
According to the large end-users and producers, the copper consumption would increase by 5-6% in 2014. And the total consumption was about 8.1million tons in 2013, Antaike said. In addition, the economic recovery of Europe and U.S. would also stimulate the copper export of China.
Along with the warming economy in mainland, thenickel demand would grow by 780,000tons and tin would reach 153,000tons.
