Dear All Members Happy New Year ! We wish you all have plentiful New Year of 2014. Ferroalloys is our main business, we should wish the market become better and better, and we will be better further in 2014. China is still the biggest producer and consumer of ferroalloys in the world. China produced around 28 million tons of ferroalloys and imported abround 2 million ton ferroalloys in 2013. which it was about 6% inreased than 2012. China ferroalloys manufacturings facailities were replaced by big furnace and the emission and energy savings were improved. China still impose 20-25% export tax to ferroalloys, which it will limit the export of ferroalloys . in fact China ferroalloys produtions already have no competativeness since 2009 after export tax imposed. In 2014, we expect the export ferroalloys from China will still be difficult ,but Import ferroalloys to China has great opportunites. We predict Managanese and Chromium ore ,ferrochrome are major three products can be sold to China. But price of these items should be hard to improve due to weakness of steel prices.
