Some manufacturing environments, like food and beverage processing and biopharmaceuticals manufacturing, call for wash downs to meet industry standards, maintain safety and prevent product contamination. But the wash down process which often entails hot water, high pressure, steam and even caustic cleaning solutions can lead to problems if surfaces and construction features aren’t designed to withstand and facilitate required cleaning processes.
Clean Air Products' wash down modular clean rooms are constructed of corrosion-resistant, Type 304 stainless steel ceiling and wall panels to stand up to the rigors of wash downs.
