[Ferro-Alloys.com] Manganese prices fell by $20 on the low end of the range on Friday September 13, sources told.
The fall came after a tender from a large European mill closed at a price that was much lower than expectations. In-warehouse Rotterdam prices for manganese flake fell to $2,180-2,250 per lb from $2,220-2,250 per lb on September 11. The drop in prices was driven by an unexpectedly low tender which closed today, sources said.
