It is known from Ministry of Industry and Information Technology that backward capacity plan for 2013 has been submitted, and 19 industries, including iron making, steelmaking, coke etc are still the targets.

The rest industries are: ferroalloy, CaO, electrolyzed aluminum, copper smelting, lead smelting zinc smelting, cement, glass, paper-making, ethanol, Mono-sodium-L-Glatamatem, citric acid, leather processing, dyeing and finishing, chemical fibers, sealed rechargeable battery.
