[Ferro-Alloys.com] Despite oversea miners levelling off December manganese ore shipment to China, it seems that spot market in China still failed to in good shape as high inventory and slack demand. It is reported that there are totaling more than 3.38 million tons imported manganese ore at ports in China.

Australian Mn46 lumps are currently focused on RMB33.5-34.5/mtu andRMB33-33.5/mtu for Mn48 sand ore. South African Mn38 lumps are pricing at RMB28.5-29.5/mtu while RMB32-33/mtu for Mn32%Fe20%. Gabonese Mn 45-46 lumps are now lingered about RMB31.5-32.5/mtu while RMB30-31/mtu for Brazilian Mn 44-45 lumps.

In general, ongoing downtrend of manganese alloy exerted negative on imported manganes ore market though mass inventory belongs to alloys factories. Gaven current situation, it is predicted that sluggish condition for ore market would be still last some time.
