It said that they would start its first anti-dumping sunset review about stainless steel welded pipe made by China (contain Taiwan province). The case relates to the products under Turkish tax number 7306.40.20.90.00,7306.40.80.90.00, and 7306.61.10.00.00

The interested party should submit the investigation sheet and opinion about the case within 37 days since the announcement was published.

On April 19^th, 2012, Turkey started the anti-dumping case(refer to No.2018/3 announcement) about stainless steel welded pipe made by China (contain Taiwan province). On March 15^th, Turkey started to impose anti-dumpling duties of the related products based on CIF price. The tax rate of the products from PRC was from 13.82% to 25.27%. The rate of the product from Taiwan Provice was from 7.98% to 14.65%
