1. Adaptability
High calcium seamless cored wire is mainly used for iron and steel smelting. It can fully penetrate to the bottom of molten steel to enhance fluidity and stability of molten steel, decompose and separate the residues in the molten steel to make the molten steel clear and meet the requirement to purify the molten steel. At present, it is the best material for calcium processing in domestic iron and steel smelting.
2. Processing Standard
In the process of manufacturing high calcium seamless cored wire is from raw material, heating, processing to fine packaging. It cannot be rated as high calcium seamless cored wire unless its usage rate of calcium is secured to reach 45% to 50% and above.

② The calcium usage of ferro-calcium cored wire is 10% to 12%;

⑤ The calcium usage of high calcium seamless 1.0 is 26% to 30%;
⑥ The calcium usage of high calcium seamless 1.5 is 45% to 50%.
