Ferro-alloys.com:On the morning of September 21, Xibao Group and Inner Mongolia Beikong Guanghan Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. formally signed a contract to start the comprehensive utilization project of 500,000 tons of silicomanganese slag per year. This is also a closed-loop project of the ferroalloy industrial chain in the Inner Mongolia Circular Economy Industry Demonstration Zone of Xibao Group.The first stage of the project mainly digests and utilizes 500,000 tons/year of silico-manganese alloy slag from Xufeng Company, and the second stage aims to digest and utilize 3 million tons/year of alloy slag in Ulanqab. When it is completed and put into production, it is expected to achieve an annual sales income of 400 million yuan. Xufeng will also completely bid farewell to the history of silicomanganese slag landfill disposal and drive Ulanqab to become the largest domestic high-grade gypsum and silica purification Production base.
