With the departure of C2702 train from Xiong'an station to Beijing West Station, it marks the opening of Beijing Xiong'an New Area intercity railway and the section from Daxing airport to Xiong'an New Area. It also marks the official operation of Xiong'an station, the largest high-speed railway station in Asia.

  As the first major infrastructure project of Xiong'an New Area, the construction of Xiong'an station is of great significance to promote the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.   The seismic strength reaches 8.5

  In March 2019, Shougang and China Construction steel Tianjin Co., Ltd. reached a long-term business and technical cooperation agreement on providing high-strength structural steel for Xiong'an New Area high-speed railway station project. For the Q345GJ、Q390GJ、Q460GJ and other high-end products required by the project, Shougang takes advantage of EVI's early intervention and cooperates with China Architectural Design and Research Institute to promote the application of welding high strength and high construction steel technology. Shougang Q460GJD high strength steel is not only light in weight and small in space, but also the highest strength steel for building structure at that time. Xiong'an station applied it to the transfer steel column of rail bearing layer, canopy steel column and other parts, and the seismic strength of Xiong'an station reached 8.5.

  Shougang service team organized experts and technical professionals to form a special technical team to carry out a large number of experiments and researches, which solved the welding problems of users. After many welding simulation experiments, it fully meets the requirements of special engineering process. Up to now, the accumulated supply of medium and heavy plate for Xiong'an New Area accounts for nearly 50% of the total project demand.

  In May 2020, Shougang held in-depth discussions with the engineering units on production line capacity, quality assurance, delivery cycle, logistics advantages, product advantages and marketing strategies. The engineering units finally decided to use Shougang's high-strength structural grade, thick coating aluminum zinc products for the construction of high-speed railway station roof system.

  After receiving the formal order, faced with the difficulties of strict epidemic control, tight delivery time and strict quality, Shougang's service team set the standard of "100% quality and quantity guarantee", ensured " Xiong'an speed" with "Shougang speed", and built " Xiong'an quality" with "Shougang brand". Based on the needs of customers and contracts, the coated plate sales room of Shougang's marketing center quickly cooperated with the contract planning room and cold plate service room, fully understood the requirements of material use, performance and shape with Jingtang manufacturing department and color coating business department, actively coordinated the production line, identified the key points of process control, and formulated the supply guarantee scheme. Finally, Shougang realized the high standard supply. On June 13, the first batch of materials were delivered to users, more than 10 days ahead of the agreed delivery date, creating a "Shougang speed", which has won the high recognition of users, and has played a good demonstration effect for Shougang's aluminized zinc products to be popularized and used in national large-scale public construction projects.
