[Ferro-Alloys.com] According to the preliminary data published by Federal Statistical Office of German, in June, German imported hard coal 1.5677 million tons, a decrease of 34.96% year-on-year and 9.72% month-on-month.

German imported 0.4521 million tons of hard coal from Australia in the month, 0.4074 million tons of hard coal from Russia and 0.3138 million tons from America.

In June, German’s value of import of hard coal was €million euros (1216 million yuan), a decrease of 47.36% from a year earlier, a decrease of 9.72% from a month earlier. It can be calculated the import average price was 95.34 EUR per ton, a decrease of 19.07% from a year earlier, an increase of 4.28% from a month earlier.

From January to June, German imported 12.2702 million tons of hard coal in total, a decrease of 36.33% from a year earlier. The value of import was €1119 million, a decrease of47.93%.
